1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of NextStops and purchases made through beta.nextstops.store. By creating an account, funding your wallet, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy and Refund Policies. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract, or use the service through a parent or lawful guardian.
2. Accounts and verification
You must provide accurate name, email address, mobile number, and account information. Mobile OTP verification is required. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity performed through your account. Notify Support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Digital recharge orders
NextStops sells digital game recharge products. You must verify the game, package, Player ID or UID, Zone ID, and account region before payment. Recharge orders may be irreversible after submission to a provider. You are responsible for incorrect recipient details that you submit.
Pack availability may depend on the game account region. A pack can block accounts from the Philippines, Indonesia, Russia, Singapore, Malaysia, or other regions shown before checkout. Attempts to bypass a region restriction may be rejected or cancelled.
4. Prices, wallet, and payment
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Wallet balances are store credit for eligible NextStops purchases; they are not a bank account, cannot be transferred between users, and are not withdrawable except where required by law or expressly approved under the Refund Policy.
UPI and other external payments must match the displayed amount. A new payment window expires after five minutes. If no successful payment is confirmed, the invoice and its pending recharge service are automatically cancelled. Late or unmatched payments require manual review through Support.
5. Fulfilment and third-party providers
Orders may be fulfilled through third-party providers, including Smile.One and MooGold. A combined pack may require more than one provider purchase. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If part of a combined pack succeeds and another part fails, the order may be placed under manual review.
Game names, logos, currencies, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. NextStops does not claim ownership of them, and listing a game does not by itself imply endorsement by its publisher.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use stolen payment instruments, submit fraudulent disputes, interfere with the website or providers, automate abusive requests, exploit pricing or promotional errors, resell access without permission, or use NextStops in violation of law or a game publisher's rules.
7. Cancellations, refunds, and promotions
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. Promotional codes may have product, account, usage, and expiry limits. We may correct an obvious pricing or package configuration error before fulfilment and will return the affected payment if the order cannot be supplied.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, NextStops is not responsible for game outages, publisher actions, provider downtime, customer-submitted account errors, or indirect and consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
9. Suspension and changes
We may restrict or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, security threats, or repeated violations. We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date.
10. Governing law and contact
